When does the trial start?

On the day your account is created, for three calendar months. Joining the waitlist does not start your trial. Your account page shows the exact end date.

What happens after three months?

You move to Free. Browsing and saved units remain available. Your personal rules are kept, but Pro features stop until Pro access is available again. There are no automatic charges.

How does deep research renew?

Free includes 1 report and Pro includes 10 per calendar month, including the Pro trial. Credits reset at 00:00 UTC on the first day of the month and do not roll over. A request reserves a credit; only a completed report uses it. Failures and cancellations return the reservation. Your completed reports remain accessible after a plan change.

Can I buy Pro now?

Not yet. Payments are not enabled, and the future price has not been announced. Any future paid subscription will require your explicit choice.

Can I create an account today?

Create your account by verifying your email and choosing a password. Your three-month trial begins when the verified account is created.

Are email alerts included?

Pro and the three-month trial include up to five active alerts. Choose categories, keywords, a Florida ZIP and radius, and optional price or score filters. Receive quick updates or a daily digest at your verified account email. Alerts pause when Pro ends. Detection depends on imports and available photo analysis; this is not a live feed from the auction source.
